First, Josh is joined by HonestReporting’s Yarden Frankl, who talks about the most recent incident of anti-Israel media bias: a Washington Post description of the “anti-Palestinian apartheid wall” erected by Israel.
Then, Josh hears from Judy Lowy about the work her organization has done to assist the expelled residents of Gush Katif find employment and stability. A decade after the disengagement from Gaza, 88% percent of the community is employed, but Lowy will not quit until she has a perfect success rate. She adds that JobKatif is now helping to train and prepare the second generation of former Gush Katif residents for the workplace.
Finally, Josh is joined by Shira Gorelick, a college student from the US participating in the Jerusalem Film Workshop. The program brings together an international body of students to learn about film and experience Israel. She even had one of her works screened at the prestigious Jerusalem Film Festival.
