Yitz and Blu Greenberg’s Vision for a Better World
|
What does the term "Modern Orthodox" mean to you?
Rabbi Yitz and his wife Blu Greenberg, pioneers of the movement during the 1960s, join VOI’s Mottle Wolfe in-studio to discuss just that.
Yitz has been a staunch advocate for interfaith dialogue and the engagement of Orthodox Jews in the modern world. Blu is considered by many as the first Orthodox-Jewish feminist, having led the push for women to be allowed to be ordained as Orthodox rabbis. They share stories of their life’s work and vision for the future of Israel and beyond.
