Israel's Equality Commissioner: 'Employers, Get out of Our Wombs'

Equality Commissioner Tziona Koenig-Yair, who joins VOI's Molly Livingstone in-studio, wants employers to "get out of women's wombs" and focus on the skills and potential of their female employees, and value the financial benefit they bring to the workplace. She describes the newly instituted policy to fund the freezing of eggs of women employees at companies like Facebook and Microsoft, and how the implementation of such policies could cause a similar shift in Israel.
