Rare 2,300-Year-Old Cache of Coins and Jewelry Found in Northern Israel

A group of explorers recently discovered a cache of ancient gold and silver coins and jewelry in an undisclosed cave in northern Israel. Dr. Eitan Klein of the Israel Antiquities Authority says the cache is from the period of Alexander the Great, some 2,300 years ago.
