Party Politicking and a Wrong Turn into Ramallah
12 March 2023Terror survivor Yehudah Glick, number 33 on the Likud list for Knesset, explains to VOI's Josh Hasten why he believes Israeli voters should cast their ballots for his party on Tuesday. Glick says that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyhau has proven to the world that Israel has no partner for peace in Ramallah. He also lists the numerous economic, medical and technological achievements in Israel since the Likud came to power.
Then, VOI's Ruthie Blum joins Josh in-studio to discuss the debate on whether or not voters, who will be heading to the polls on Tuesday, should opt for one of the two major parties -- Likud and Zionist Union -- or place their ballots for a smaller party with a narrower focus?
Finally, activist Orit Arfa, author of the book, "The Settler," talks to Josh about how a search for a pair of "Crocs" led her to get stuck in Ramallah. Hear how she got out in one piece -- while learning that the Palestinian Authority-controlled city does, in fact, have a Crocs outlet.
