Did the Outgoing Knesset Accomplish its Goals?

VOI Knesset Insider Jeremy Saltan tells Josh Hasten that he would give the outgoing Knesset, which dissolved itself last night in favor of new elections, a grade of C- based on it's performance over the past two years. Saltan downplays the strength of a tentative merger between Isaac Herzog's Labor Party and Tzipi Livni's Hatnua, despite a new poll indicating that such a merger may lead to an election victory.
