Yoga is Growing in Israel's Spiritual Capital

Jerusalem is the spiritual capital of Israel, so it may come at no surprise that there is a growing yoga community emerging throughout the city. VOI's Molly Livingstone speaks with two resident 'yogis,' Shalom Isaacson and Elisheva Silver (owner of Inspire Studio) about the practice, the people and the tips for using yoga in our daily lives.
