A recent Rand Corporation study details the financial benefits Israel could reap from a possible peace treaty with the Arabs. The same promises were made during the 1993 Oslo Accords and the 2005 Gaza disengagement, yet no financial benefits were ever realized. VOI's Daniel Seaman, filling in for Gil Hoffman, talks with David Bedein of the Israel Resource News Agency about who profits from the process of peace and how a withdrawal from Judea and Samaria could actually bankrupt Israel.
