Marathon Mondays: Overcoming Any Obstacle

With the Jerusalem Marathon set to take place on Friday the 13th, VOI's Molly Livingstone once again turns her attention to the race. She hosts Rabbi Yair Einsenstock, who will lead a group of 40 yeshiva boys through their first 10k, and hears how he is transforming the standard education structure in the religious sector to incorporate health and fitness. Joining them for health tips is Fitness Coach Michael Berezin, giving listeners advice about how to get up and start running, the right way. VOI's Glen Ladau joins the conversation, telling his own story of why he runs marathons, and what makes the Jerusalem race so unique.
