Expert: 'The Gaza Blockade Is Legal'

What is the point of the new "Free Gaza" flotilla? According to David Benjamin, former chief legal adviser for the Gaza Strip in the IDF Advocate General’s Corps, there is no legal justification for it. He joins VOI's Gil Hoffman in the wake of the release of the UNHRC report on the war in Gaza to explain. He says that Israel's maritime blockade was deemed legal by the United Nations following the last flotilla.
