VOI's Dov Lipman is joined by Noach Braun, founder of the Israel Guide Dog Center for the Blind.
Noach explains why he established the center; how the center transforms puppies into guide dogs; how it matches dogs with blind people, and then follows up to make sure the matches work. He also tells Dov how people can get involved and help the center. Then, Bracha Ben Avraham, a blind woman who received a guide dog from the center, describes the transformation her dog has brought to her life.
