A 2,000-year-old ritual bath was discovered this week by a Jerusalem family in the midst of making home improvements.
Jerusalem District Archaeologist Amit Re’em describes to VOI’s Raoul Wootliff how the Shimshoni family accidentally came across the major find, and what it tells us about ancient Jerusalem.
