He points to the story of an Ohio man closely connected to Islamic State militants who was caught planning an attack against Americans. In a TV interview, the man said that he would have shot President Barack Obama in the head. "My brothers over there, in Syria and Iraq, gave me specific orders to carry out jihad in the West, so I did so," he said.
